Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 11-08-2025

1. Scope

This policy covers all bookings made via our website and paid for using Razorpay.

2. Cancellations by Guests

Flexible Rate Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: No refund

Non-Refundable Bookings:

No refund once booked.

3. Cancellations by Hotel

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to operational issues or overbooking:

  • We will issue a 100% refund of the booking amount, processed via Razorpay.
  • Alternatively, we may offer a complimentary rescheduling.

4. No-Show Policy

Guests failing to check-in without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated via Razorpay and returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days (may vary based on bank/UPI/card provider).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banking channels.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics), unless mandated by law.
